Since 1892, Reading Terminal Market has been the home of local food from up-country farms as well as delicacies from around the world. Now on the National Register of Historic Places, the market has more than 80 stalls — 25 of which serve ready-to-eat foods. Some of the other items available include meat, fish, produce, groceries, flowers, crafts, books. There are special events seasonally.
