The menu at TIME Restaurant, Whisky Bar & Tap Room, The Bohemian Absinthe Lounge, is inspired by the old country club, updated with several different cuts of beef, game, fowl and seafood. TIME features a well conceived wine list, as well as 20 beers on draft a very tidy bottle list, ranging from German, Belgium, American crafts and others. The whisky bar side also offers more than 100 whiskeys, single malts, small batch bourbons and ryes for the brown liquor connoisseur. The second floor attracts nightlife visitors with a sexy, Parisian-style club atmosphere. Featured DJs spin Thursdays through Saturdays in “The Bohemian, Absinthe Lounge”, where different types of the newly legal green elixir may be consumed.
