The Mummers Museum opened in 1976 and is dedicated to the Philadelphia celebration of New Years. If you’ve never seen a Mummers Parade, you’ll be fascinated. If you have seen the Mummers, this is a chance to see memorabilia from the long history of these amateur strutters. There are also lectures, children’s programs, and, of course, concerts. Consult their website for the schedule of programs throughout the year.
